Logistics Management Vs Supply Chain Management

The terms logistics and supply chain management are sometimes used interchangeably. Some say there is no difference between the two terms, that supply chain management is the “new” logistics. In this video, we look at the difference between the two terms and determine that Logistics is an activity within the Supply Chain.
