Electric vehicles make up 3% of new cars in Singapore this year as popularity grows

More car buyers in Singapore are opting for cleaner options, with electric vehicles making up 3 per cent of new registrations this year. Transport Minister S Iswaran gave this update at an e-mobility forum. He said a growing range of EV options, coupled with Government initiatives, could have driven up take-up. He added this is likely to rise further in the years ahead.
